How Draxelx LLC handles your data across our apps and services.

This Privacy Policy describes how Draxelx LLC ("Draxelx", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to operate and improve our Services:

• Device identifiers — Anonymous device IDs (e.g., device UUID) used to authenticate your account and sync your data across sessions. Most of our apps do not require an email or password.
• First name — Where an app asks for it, your first name is collected during onboarding and used solely to personalize your experience within the app.
• Usage data — Events such as feature interactions, screens visited, session length, crash reports, and performance metrics, used to improve product quality.
• User-generated content — Prompts, inputs, images, screenshots, text, or other content you choose to submit to our AI features. This content is collected only at the moment you actively use an AI feature, and is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate the response you requested. See Section 4.
• Purchase data — Subscription status, transaction IDs, and entitlement information provided by Apple App Store, Google Play, or our subscription processor. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Attribution & advertising data — Where you consent, limited identifiers used to attribute app installs to advertising campaigns and creator partners, and to understand aggregate user behavior. See Section 5.
• Approximate location — Derived from IP address for fraud prevention, currency display, and analytics. We do not collect precise GPS location unless an app explicitly asks and you grant permission.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
• Authenticate your account and restore purchases.
• Personalize your in-app experience (for example, addressing you by first name).
• Process subscriptions and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Generate AI outputs you request.
• Analyze product usage to fix bugs and prioritize features.
• Attribute installs to advertising campaigns and creator partners, where you have consented.
• Communicate important updates about the Services.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

To operate our Services, we share limited data with trusted providers. Depending on the app, these may include:

• AI model providers — Google (Gemini), and depending on the app, other providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, fal.ai, or ElevenLabs — to generate text, images, audio, or video from your inputs. The specific provider used by each app is identified in Section 4.
• Backend & storage — Supabase, for database and file storage.
• Subscriptions & paywalls — Superwall, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play.
• Analytics & monitoring — PostHog and similar tools for product analytics and crash reporting.
• Attribution — AppsFlyer, for advertising and creator attribution, where you have consented.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We share only what is needed for them to perform the requested service. We confirm that each third party with whom we share personal data provides protections for that data equivalent to those described in this policy.

4. AI Features and Third-Party AI Processing

Our apps use generative AI models to produce the outputs you request. The principles below apply across all Draxelx apps. The section that follows identifies, app by app, exactly what content is sent and which provider it is sent to.

How AI Processing Works Across Our Apps

• Only what you submit. Content is sent to an AI provider only at the moment you actively use an AI feature. Our apps do not read your messages, photo library, or files in the background.
• Only for your request. Submitted content is used solely to generate the output you asked for. It is not sold, and it is not shared with any third party other than the AI provider identified below.
• Not used for training. Content you submit is not used to train AI models.
• Consent first. Before any content is sent to a third-party AI provider for the first time, the app presents an in-app disclosure stating what data will be sent and naming the provider receiving it, and requires your explicit agreement. You may decline, in which case no content is sent, and you may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
• Retention. Content submitted to AI features is retained for up to 30 days and is then automatically deleted.
• Equivalent protection. Each AI provider we use processes data under its own privacy commitments, which provide protections equivalent to those described in this policy.

Per-App AI Disclosure

Where other Draxelx apps use AI features, the provider used by that app is drawn from the list in Section 3, and the same principles above apply: only content you actively submit is sent, only to produce the result you requested, with consent obtained in-app beforehand.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit confidential data, or content that violates our terms or applicable law. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies; do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

5. Tracking and Advertising Attribution

On iOS, we request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before any tracking occurs. If you do not grant permission, no tracking data is collected.

Where you consent, we use AppsFlyer to attribute app installs to advertising campaigns and creator partners, and to understand aggregate user behavior so we can improve our marketing. This data is not used to build advertising profiles about you beyond attribution, and is not sold to data brokers. You can withdraw tracking permission at any time in your device's Settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the Services or as required by law:

• AI content (screenshots, prompts, inputs) — retained for up to 30 days, then automatically deleted.
• Account and usage data — retained while your account is active.
• Purchase records — retained as required for tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

You can request deletion of your data at any time using the contact below.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws), you may have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, including consent to AI processing and to tracking.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Certain apps are intended for adults only and present an age confirmation screen on first launch. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and secure cloud infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Users

Draxelx LLC is based in Wyoming, USA. Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. By using the Services, you consent to such transfer.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
