How to delete your account and associated data from any Draxelx app.

This page explains how to delete your account and personal data from any application developed by Draxelx LLC, including GymBro AI, Manga Me, Curo AI, DebaterX, Voxcalm, Sim Yourself, and other Draxelx apps.

Delete From Within the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the app:

  1. Open the app on your device.
  2. Go to Settings (usually a gear icon or your profile).
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Can't access the app? Email us at contact@draxelx.com from the email or with the device ID associated with your account. Include the name of the app and any reference info. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account record and anonymous device identifier.
  • User-generated content you created in the app (prompts, generated images, generated videos, generated text, chat history).
  • Preferences, settings, and saved items.
  • Usage history linked to your account.

What May Be Retained

Some data may be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons:

  • Transaction records — Subscription and payment records are retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting law. These are held by Apple, Google, and our payment processors.
  • Anonymized analytics — Aggregate, non-identifiable usage data may be retained indefinitely.
  • Fraud and abuse logs — If your account was flagged for abuse or fraud, related records may be retained for up to 2 years to prevent re-abuse.
  • Backups — Residual copies may exist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being overwritten.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To stop billing, cancel your subscription separately in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before deleting.
