Child Safety Standards
Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
Draxelx LLC · Wyoming, USA · Last updated:
Draxelx LLC ("Draxelx", "we", "us") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out the standards we apply across our applications, including Smoov and any other Draxelx app that allows user interaction or user-generated content, to keep children safe and to prevent, detect, and report abuse.
Our Commitment
- We prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or abuses children.
- We prohibit the creation, upload, sharing, solicitation, or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our Services.
- We prohibit grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt to make contact with a minor for sexual purposes.
- We comply with all applicable child safety laws in the regions where our apps are available.
Age Requirements
Our social and interactive apps are intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts on these apps. If we discover an account belonging to a minor, we remove it. Where required, we apply age-gating at signup.
Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly forbidden and result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities:
- Uploading, sharing, or requesting CSAM in any form, including AI-generated or illustrated depictions.
- Sexual or romantic solicitation of anyone who is, or appears to be, a minor.
- Grooming, coercion, or attempting to establish inappropriate contact with a minor.
- Sharing personal information of a minor for exploitative purposes.
How We Prevent and Detect Abuse
- Content moderation — User-generated content is subject to moderation, including automated detection and review of reported material.
- In-app reporting — Every user can report child safety concerns directly inside the app. Reports are reviewed promptly.
- Account action — Accounts found to violate these standards are removed, and associated content is taken down.
- Hash matching — Where applicable, we use industry tools and provider safeguards to detect known CSAM.
Reporting
When we identify apparent CSAM or CSAE, we act to remove it and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate regional and national authorities, as required by law. We preserve relevant records to support investigations.
Report a child safety concern. If you encounter content or behavior on any Draxelx app that endangers a child, please report it in-app, or email our designated child safety contact at contact@draxelx.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
Designated Point of Contact
Our designated point of contact for child safety matters is reachable at contact@draxelx.com and is able to respond to questions about our CSAE prevention practices and compliance.
