This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how Draxelx LLC ("Draxelx", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares consumer health data. It supplements our Privacy Policy and is published to meet the Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373) and similar state laws, such as Nevada's consumer health data law.
Apps This Policy Covers
This policy applies to GymBro AI and to any other Draxelx app that collects the categories of data described below.
Consumer Health Data We Collect
- Fitness goals and training background — the goals, experience level, and training preferences you provide when setting up your plan.
- Workout history and progress — sessions you complete and the exercises, sets, repetitions, and weights you log.
- Messages to the in-app coach — questions you ask about training, which may describe physical conditions such as pain or injuries.
How We Collect It
We collect this data directly from you when you enter it in the app, and from your use of the app's workout and coaching features.
Why We Collect It and How We Use It
We use consumer health data only to provide the features you request: building and adapting your workout plans, tracking your progress, and answering your coaching questions. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
How We Share It
We share consumer health data only with service providers that process it on our behalf to run the app:
- Cloud backend and storage providers, which host your account and workout data.
- AI model providers, which generate the plans and coaching replies you request from the content you submit.
Each provider may use this data only to perform its service for us.
Your Rights
You can:
- Confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, and get a copy of it along with a list of the third parties we have shared it with.
- Ask us to delete your consumer health data.
- Withdraw your consent to our collection and sharing of your consumer health data.
To make a request, email contact@draxelx.com with the subject "Consumer health data request" and the name of the app. Requests are free of charge. We respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need up to 45 more days.
